Booking Fee
Bookings will not be secured until receipt of the booking fee or written confirmation.
The client must pay a non refundable Booking Fee of £20 to secure the booking by bank transfer to the given account.
This £20 is then deducted from the total booking value from the occasion date.
The occasion date remains open until this payment has been made.

Trials
Trials are arranged once the occasion date has been secured.
If the client chooses to have a trial before securing the date, the date remains open until the Booking Fee has been paid.
Trials are charged separately to the occasion date.

Time & Travel
Time and Travel charges may be incurred depending on location. This will be confirmed at the Quotation Stage.
Timings
Trials are usually completed within 1-2hrs - depending on the number of makeups for the appointment.
Timings on the occasion day are worked back from the given time the client is to leave for the occasion.
Cancellations by the client
Should you wish to cancel your booking before the booking fee is paid, no charges will be incurred.
The £20 booking fee is non-refundable should you wish to cancel post payment.

Should the client wish to cancel this booking at any stage written notice must be given to sabinavmakeupartist@gmail.com.
Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of the written cancellation.
Receipt of cancellation will be confirmed - please advise if you have not received an email acknowledging the cancellation, please do take the responsibility to follow up.
Cancellations by Sabina
Until the Booking Fee is received, no booking is secure.
Receipt of payment will be confirmed and your booking will be added to the schedule.

In the event of an accident or severe illness, inclement weather conditions/act of god affecting me getting to you on the actual wedding day, a replacement artist from my team or from a wider network of artists who I can confidently recommend will be sourced.
I have been in the industry for many years, so have many makeup artist contacts who will be able to replicate my work using the given brief.

I will not be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns, or for any delays caused by events beyond my control.
In the event that I cannot find anyone else available that I would recommend, then the full extent of my liabilities’ would be to give you a full refund of the Booking Fee.

Photography
The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist's website and social media pages.

Group Bookings
Group Booking Discounts may be applied depending on the party number. Contact for details.

Changes to your Booking
Any change in location, date or number of makeups to be completed for your occasion is to be confirmed in writing at the soonest opportunity to give me plenty of notice. The changes may affect timings of both the clients and following bookings, so will required adequate time to accommodate or consider the changes.
